Having a DVR is a wonderful thing! I caught this typo earlier this week and couldn’t believe my eyes! It was quickly taken off but due to today’s DVR technology, I was able to rewind, pause, and snapshot!

I found this posting in my local paper. Right away something didn’t seem right. The errors found here are wrong on so many levels!

  1. “Mega Melliion” – Perhaps the author of this sign was trying to be cute calling it “mellion”.  I can give him that. But it is either spelled with three “L’s” or two “L’s” and two “i’s”, hard to tell.
  2. Jacpot – Should be “Jackpot”.
  3. Millon – Again, “million” is misspelled, this time missing the letter “i”.
